The purchase of SAM V1 provides the customer with the following technical support services:

| SAM V1 Training | AMAC technical staff will provide one phone training and one follow-up phone training within 14 days of purchase. Training may be conducted via web conferencing based on customer needs. If required, training can be conducted at the customer site for an additional fee and travel cost. |
| Application Support | AMAC technical staff will provide support for standard application questions. |
| Customized Support | AMAC technical staff can provide support on customizing the application. Customized support can be purchased for $125/hour and is not included in the initial price. |
