SAM

The AMAC Student Accommodation Manager (SAM) software applications are developed and supported by the Alternative Media Access Center of the University System of Georgia and licensed through the University of Georgia Research Foundation.

SAM enables you and your team members to access a secure, web-based database of student information, prioritize activities, and track all disabilities, accommodations, and communications so you can easily and effectively manage your business.

SAM provides the following data tracking and reporting capabilities:

  • Students
  • Disabilities
  • Accommodations
  • Consents
  • Referrals
  • Case Notes
  • Tasks
  • Documentation
  • Tests
  • Class Schedules

In addition, SAM maintains a forms repository and can generate Faculty Accommodation Notification Letters with the click of a button.

Two versions of SAM are available: SAM V1 and SAM V2. Both applications provide the same functionality but have different architecture and pricing.

Availability

The SAM applications and licensing are currently being finalized. Expected availability is Summer 2008.
