If you are a Disability Service Provider working with AMAC and need to request access to NEON, please complete the form below. Once the form is submitted, you will either be contacted by phone or receive an email invitation to join the NEON application. Please note that the email invitation will be received from corpsales@quickbase.com. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the registration and password selection process. Your email address will be your NEON login.
After receiving access to NEON, it is strongly advised that you receive NEON training.
